Service Description: This metadata record describes the 0.25-foot pixel resolution digital orthoimagery produced of Rockville-Gaithersburg Maryland by the Sanborn Map Company. The orthoimagery provided is 4-band (R, G, B, NIR), 8-bit per pixel and delivered in section tiles in uncompressed TIFF/TFW, compressed SID/SDW (20:1), compressed JP2000 (20:1), and compressed ECW (25:1) formats in feet and meters. The data was collected on March 21, 2020 at an altitude 4733 feet (AGL) using an UltraCam Eagle camera and complies with the NSSDA standards, large scale maps at 1" = 100'. This orthoimagery is published in Maryland State Plane, NAD 1983 (2011), U.S. Survey Feet.
